08/02/2017 Completed 115 knee, punch, kick combos began working on low round house kick with hook kick, completed 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch string tied to a string spinning hook kick was right on target today combos were fluid.

08/04/2017 Extended Jogging, 57 Pushups, 11 Triangle Pushup, 50 Rock Granite strikes.


08/05/2017 Completed 115 knee, punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a strings.


08/06/2017 Completed Jogging, 60 pushups, 15 Triangle pushups, 50 Rock Granite Granite strikes.

08/08/2017 Completed 115 knee, punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Completed Tiger Gung-Fu exercise 4 directions 2 foot circle

08/11/2017 Completed Jogging, 63 pushups, 15 Triangle pushups, 56 Rock Granite Strikes

08/13/2017 Completed 115 knee, punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Practiced some Tiger style Gung-fu using 4 directions. Worked a right front snap front kick into my round work feeling more confident deploying it worked on left low round house working the inside and outside angles. Deployed a upper rising elbow followed by a left side elbow looking like it is workable along with left low round house kicks.

08/15/2017 Completed 125 knee punch kick combos, worked on bag mit striking worked on some new techniques.

1). right backfist to left side of face , left elbow with downward strike punch.

2). Worked on Inside crescent kick with spinning outward crescent kick looked fluid and sound. Worked on wheel kick left low roundhouse to spinning wheel looked like it needs some work.

3). Left hook kick to low round house kick.

4). Worked on stepping back executing back fists setting up with low round house kicks.


    Completed my two pillar post exercise working front snap kick inside/outside crescent kicks.


08/16/2017 Completed Jogging, 65 Pushups, 17 Triangle pushups, 60 Rock Granite Strikes.

08/17/2017 Completed 125 knee, punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string, worked out with bag mit.

08/19/2017 Completed 125 Knee, Punch, kick Combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Completed bag mit strikes.

08/21/2017 Completed Jogging, 70 pushups, 12 triangle pushups, 63 Rock Granite Strikes.

08/23/2017 Completed 125 knee,punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with i inch stick tied to a string. Completed 3 pillar post exercise kicking 3 pillar post multiple targets.

08/25/2017 Completed Jogging, 71 Pushups, 18 Triangle Pushups, 75 Rock Granite Strikes.

08/26/2017 125 knee, punch, kick combos worked on right front snap kick incorporated into sparring rounds, completed 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string, completed 2 pillar post exercise. worked on instep spinning crescent followed up with the crescent kick inside to out. Starting to take shape and form.

08/29/2017 Completed 125 knee, punch, kick combos and 6 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Weather was humid made for a hard workout. Worked the right snap kick into my 6 rounds utilized cross backfist and punches and double Jabs into round work the past two-three months looking fluid mechanically. completed two pillar post exercise.
