Spring Training Review 2017

                                                             Spring 2017 Review                 I am evaluating my spring training for 2017.  February and March of 2017 was light dumb bell training 20 lbs 4 sets of different exercises and range of motion with stair climbs making it 16 times up and down about 10 flight of stairs.                April 2017 I began to do round work made two rounds along with jogging and pushups hit 45 looks like I am ahead of schedule do to light winter training.               I need to start taking in more water intake for May 2017 and increase round work with better quality round work namely working on masking moves working on my angles and being a little more concentrative I would like to work on my left hook and double jab to set up the right.               I am happy with my Spring Training progress overall and looks like I can be at my peak performance sometime in June or July.                                                               Martial Arts Training Log 2017                                                                                                                                           Introduction     1997 -1998 3rd Degree Black Belt Today is 04/17/2017. I am going to keep track of my training online so that I can adjust to my areas of strengths and weaknesses for easier access and evaluation. 04/15/2017 Trained in Basketball court Practice angle movements 90, 60, 45 degrees with punches and kicks and knees. increased round work to two rounds spring training has been a little tough this year.    04/16/2017 Trained at home placed a string from a tree with 1 inch stick completed 100 kicks and punches punches looked razor sharp Side kick a little weak completed 1 round of work.     04/18/2017 Extended Jogging and increase push ups to 37 took Glocasmine after training.     04/19/2017 Very Good T
