June 2017 Training Log

                                                           June 2017 Training Log 06/02/2017  Extended Jogging on new Path, 50 pushups, 10 Triangle Pushups, 50 Rock Granite strikes 06/04/2017 Completed on basketball court 100 knee, punch, kick combos, 5 rounds kickboxing, went inside a 2 foot circle executed kicks in 4 different directions utilized some Tiger Style Gung-Fu.   06/06/2017 Extended Jogging on new path, 53 pushup, 11 triangle pushups, 55 Rock Granite strikes. 06/07/2017 Worked out on basketball court complete 100 knee, kick, punch combos and 5 rounds kickboxing note starting to put 5 kick combos followed up with punches and worked on from the left back stance a right ridge hand with the head moving to the left followed up with kick and punch combos. Note need to work on not being hesitant in thinking about my combos during round work. Completed inside a 2 foot circle strikes and kicks in 4 different directions using Tiger style Gung fu for hand techniques.
