May 2017 Training Journal

                                                        May 2017 Training Journal Black Belt Test 1988 25 years old   05/01/2017  Worked on kicks, punches, knee combos with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Worked on punching from angles and foot lateral movement noticed as I was in the left area of space I would cut at a 45 degree angle to the right area throwing double left jab and when I stepped back executed right straight punch at the same time starting to look promising. Completed 3 rounds of work. Diet supplements included blackberries, fish oil vitamin, 1 bottle of water. 05/02/2017 Extended Jogging, 47 pushups, 50 1-3 inch rock granite strikes Vitamins included fish oil and blackberries 05/03/2017 Worked on Tiger Style Gung Fu had a idea of taking a spinning back fist and turned it into Tiger claws in a double circular motion spinning.  I will have to work on polishing this move do to it's variation. diet 1 bottle of water, blackberries, strawberrie
