July 2017 Training Schedule

                                                    July 2017 Training Log 07/01/2017 - 07/08/2017 Flu/Virus attack 07/09/2017 completed 100 punch, knee, kick combos worked a new technique into my routine right side elbow, left side elbow rising right elbow step back left punch. Kicking combination left low round house right knee up step back left front snap kick. 07/11/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 1 round with 1 inch stick tied to a piece of string. Worked on a masking technique left middle punch right back fist have to work on this a little bit more when it comes to execution and timing leaves a gap susceptible to a hook punch. 07/14/2017 Completed light jogging 25 pushups. 07/15/2017 Completed 100 knee, kick, punch combos and 2 rounds kickboxing still feel a little weak, 07/17/2017 Extended jogging and 30 pushups morning run afternoon session 100 knee, punch, kick combos, 3 rounds kickboxing 1 inch stick tied to a string. 07/18/2017 Worked on
