07/01/2017 - 07/08/2017 Flu/Virus attack
07/09/2017 completed 100 punch, knee, kick combos worked a new technique into my routine right side elbow, left side elbow rising right elbow step back left punch. Kicking combination left low round house right knee up step back left front snap kick.
07/11/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 1 round with 1 inch stick tied to a piece of string. Worked on a masking technique left middle punch right back fist have to work on this a little bit more when it comes to execution and timing leaves a gap susceptible to a hook punch.
07/14/2017 Completed light jogging 25 pushups.
07/15/2017 Completed 100 knee, kick, punch combos and 2 rounds kickboxing still feel a little weak,
07/17/2017 Extended jogging and 30 pushups morning run afternoon session 100 knee, punch, kick combos, 3 rounds kickboxing 1 inch stick tied to a string.
07/18/2017 Worked on some Tiger Style Gung-Fu in a 2 foot circle thought of a new series of moves left lower to upper 45% ridge hand hitting the right side downward crossblock left hand on top left back fist right over hand Tiger claw. worked on mechanical fluidity looked at 85 percent strength needs some polish.
07/19/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 3 rounds kickboxing at basketball court worked on angles hand combinations still feel a little weak but improving probably at 90%.
07/21/2017 Completed 100 knee,punch,kick combos and 4 rounds kickboxing at basketball court worked on Tiger Style Gung-Fu in a 2 foot circle.
07/22/2017 Extended Jogging, 40 Pushups, 20 Rock Granite strikes morning time.
07/23/2017 100 knee, punch, kick combos worked on hook kick completed 5 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string the hands looked like a hawk picking apart it's prey real sharp today completed kicking combos with concrete pillars looked very good 30 plus years of practice sure pays off.
07/25/2017 Extended Jogging, 50 pushups, 8 triangle pushups, 30 Rock Granite Strikes
07/26/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos 5 rounds kickboxing. Completed my two pillar post exercise working on hitting multiple targets using various kicks and some punches
07/29/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 5 rounds kick boxing at a basketball court also used a 2 foot circle and worked on some Tiger style Gung-fu.
07/31/2017 Extended Jogging, 52 Pushups, 10 Triangle Pushups, 50 Rock Granite Strikes
