06/02/2017  Extended Jogging on new Path, 50 pushups, 10 Triangle Pushups, 50 Rock Granite strikes

06/04/2017 Completed on basketball court 100 knee, punch, kick combos, 5 rounds kickboxing, went inside a 2 foot circle executed kicks in 4 different directions utilized some Tiger Style Gung-Fu.  


06/06/2017 Extended Jogging on new path, 53 pushup, 11 triangle pushups, 55 Rock Granite strikes.


06/07/2017 Worked out on basketball court complete 100 knee, kick, punch combos and 5 rounds kickboxing note starting to put 5 kick combos followed up with punches and worked on from the left back stance a right ridge hand with the head moving to the left followed up with kick and punch combos. Note need to work on not being hesitant in thinking about my combos during round work.
Completed inside a 2 foot circle strikes and kicks in 4 different directions using Tiger style Gung fu for hand techniques.

06/10/2017 Completed new path Jogging course, 57 Pushups, 12 triangle pushups, 50 Rock Granite Strikes.


06/11/2017 Completed 100 knee, kick, punch and 5 rounds kickboxing on basketball court.

06/14/2017 Completed 100 knee, kick, punch combos and 5 rounds kickboxing.  I attempted to work on hitting multiple targets using a tree and branches worked on cross punching 3-4 punch combos low and high front snap kicks. Came up with a new kick combo low left round house right knee step back double reverse punch with front snap kick. completed pillar post exercise kick parallel multiple targets.

06/16/2017 Completed new Jogging path, 55 pushups


06/17/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick and 5 rounds kickboxing, also practice in a 2-3 foot circle kicks and strikes in 4 different directions.


06/19/2017 Completed New Jogging pathway, 61 pushups, 13 Triangle pushups 50 Rock Granite strikes

06/21/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos using angles in a basketball court also 5 rounds kickboxing also completed practice in a 2-3 foot circle kick/punch combos in 4 different directions.


06/23/2017 Extended Jogging on new Pathway course, Completed 63 Pushups 14 Triangle pushups, 50 Rock Granite strikes

06/24/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 5 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string worked on a low double cross block followed up a backfist with the right.


06/26/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick and 5 rounds kickboxing on basketball court. Completed licks and strikes inside a 2-3 foot circle employing Tiger Style Gung-Fu.

06/27/2017 Extended Jogging on New pathway, Completed 64 Pushups, 10 triangle pushups, 50 Rock Granite Strikes
