Black Belt Test 1988 25 years old 



 05/01/2017  Worked on kicks, punches, knee combos with 1 inch stick tied to a
string. Worked on punching from angles and foot lateral movement noticed as I was in the left area of space I would cut at a 45 degree angle to the right area throwing double left jab and when I stepped back executed right straight punch at the same time starting to look promising. Completed 3 rounds of work. Diet supplements included blackberries, fish oil vitamin, 1 bottle of water.


05/02/2017 Extended Jogging, 47 pushups, 50 1-3 inch rock granite strikes Vitamins included fish oil and blackberries


05/03/2017 Worked on Tiger Style Gung Fu had a idea of taking a spinning back fist and turned it into Tiger claws in a double circular motion spinning.  I will have to work on polishing this move do to it's variation.
diet 1 bottle of water, blackberries, strawberries..


05/04/2017 Completed 100 kick, punch, knee combos and 4 rounds of kick boxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. worked on hitting left area of space and stepping back with a right counter punch a little slow with this because training the brain to do different things that it is use to. A little out of focus today. Tried a left backfist with a right punch much like the process of masking. Vitamins included strawberries, gloucasimine, 1 bottle of water.

05/05/2017 Sunny Yesterday foggy and rain with cooling weather muscle contraction and expansion showed up today jogging and pushups decreased. Vitamins Gloucasmine, strawberries.

05/06/2017 Improved and extended Jogging also completed 50 pushups, 50 rock granite strikes diet strawberries, and calcium tablet


05/08/2017 Completed 100 Kick, knee, punch combos completed 4 rounds with 1 inch stick tied to a string worked on masking techniques, double jabs, counter right punch. Kicks reverse round house low attack to the knee looking much better than last year. Vitamins strawberries iron tablet bottle of water.

05/09/2017 Completed 100 kick, knee, punch combos on a basketball court 9 * 12 completed 5 rounds kickboxing worked on spacing and angles. Diet strawberries, calcium vitamin

05/10/2017 Jogging and 50 strikes on tree stump vitamins blueberries, starwberries

05/11/2017 light jogging, 50 strikes rock granite 1-3 inches, 30 pushups rainy weather blueberries, strawberries, iron tablet.

05/13/2017, Extended Jogging, 50 Strikes Rock Granite, 40 pushups, vitamins blueberries, strawberries, fish oil.

05/14/2017 Completed 100 kick, punch knee combos and 5 rounds kick boxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Tiger style gung-fu worked on double backspin tiger claw. 53 pushups. Diet included blueberries, raspberries, calcium tablet, garlic, 1 bottle of water

05/17/2017 Finally stopped raining able to complete 100 kick, punch, knee combos and 5 rounds kick boxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Left Sidekick on the left area of space appears stronger than the right area of space. Worked on double backfist up and down coupled with left and right side elbows stepping back with rising elbow and following it up with double punch combo looks fluid. Completed double pillar post 10 sets working on Front snap kick, Outward and inward crescent kick and low back spinning round house kick. completed 55 pushups. Diet blueberries bottle of water.


05/20/2017 Extended Jogging, completed 50 granite rock strikes, 57 pushups, diet blackberries, strawberries.

05/21/2017 Worked out on basketball court  area 9 * 12 completed 5 rounds kickboxing forgot my gloves used open hand techniques combined some Tiger style Gung fu worked on angles completed 100 knee kick punch combos went inside 2 foot circular area completed 4 kicks in different directions North, south, east, and west without breaking the circle. diet included 1 bottle of water calcium tablet, strawberries.

05/23/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos also 5 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string, completed the two pillar concrete kick exercise, finished Tiger Style Gung Fu diet 1 bottle of water, 1 multi vitamin, garlic, strawberries.


05/24/2017 Extended jogging.


05/25/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos also 5 rounds kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string, completed 40 pushups.


05/26/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch. kick combos also 5 rounds kickboxing Basketball court.

05/27/2017  I ran on a different path today-Jogging, 45 pushups 5 triangle pushups, 50 Rock Granite strikes.

05/28/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos also 3 rounds kickboxing on basketball court.
Diet 2 bottles of water, iron vitamin.

05/29/2017 Extended Jogging, 60 pushups, 7 triangle pushups 50 rock granite strikes, diet blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, bottle of water.

05/31/2017 Completed 100 knee, punch, kick combos and 5 rounds Kickboxing with 1 inch stick tied to a string. Tiger Style Gung Fu, Pillar workout working instep and outstep crescent kick combos, 50 pushups
Rem: Punches are starting to show some pop. Diet Multi vitamin, water, strawberries.
