1997 -1998 3rd Degree Black Belt


Today is 04/17/2017. I am going to keep track of my training online so that I can adjust to my areas of strengths and weaknesses for easier access and evaluation.



04/15/2017 Trained in Basketball court Practice angle movements 90, 60, 45 degrees with punches and kicks and knees. increased round work to two rounds spring training has been a little tough this year.


   04/16/2017 Trained at home placed a string from a tree with 1 inch stick completed 100 kicks and punches punches looked razor sharp Side kick a little weak completed 1 round of work.





    04/18/2017 Extended Jogging and increase push ups to 37 took Glocasmine after training.

    04/19/2017 Very Good Training session Worked on Masking moves using a 1 inch stick tied to a string working with punching, kicking, Knee techniques putting together some fluid combos notice some slight moments not being focused on occasion. I made two rounds today need to work on better foot movement will come. Used two concrete pillars worked with multiple targets using different combo kicks purpose to work on position on movements.


   04/20/2017 Extended Jogging completed 40 pushups and 47 strikes on Rock Granite. Vitamins Garlic.


   04/21/2017 Worked on kicking, punching, and knee combination drills and some spinning kicks also completed two rounds with 1 inch stick tied to a string a little windy and a little off target was not 100 percent focused. Worked on kicking combinations with two parallel pillars 3 1/2 feet high worked on vision drills executing in the mind before completing the combination in the external sense. Vitamins today blackberries, strawberries, garlic, and glocasmine.


   04/24/2017 Worked on Kicking, Punching, Knee techniques using a one inch stick tied to a string noticed when executing a lead left front snap kick seems to be stronger on the right area of space verses the left area of space. I am able to use a double left jab followed by a right working on a left hook punch after landing a kick. The areas of space were 90 , left and right 180 degrees 45 degrees left and right 60 degrees left and right. I use a left lead kick and notice position with the foot is stronger on the right area of space; however,
The left punch seems to be stronger than the right even though I throw right handed. Completed 2 rounds Diet strawberries, bottle of water, and Garlic.


  04/25/2017 Extended Jogging, completed 42 pushups and 50 strikes on Rock Granite, vitamins included strawberries and garlic.

04/28/2017 Worked on Kicking, Punching, knee combos with a 1 inch stick tied to a string also worked on some Tiger Style Gung-Fu a little tired but made it also worked on kicking combos facing two concrete pillar post worked on instep and outstep crescent , Front snap, low round houses. Diet today included blackberries, strawberries, lemons, and some water.

04/29/2017 Completed jogging, 45 pushups 45 strikes on Rock Granite, vitamins include blackberries, strawberries.

    As of 04/15/2017 at 35 push ups completed easily ahead of schedule

    Hit rock granite with 1-3 inches 10 palm heel strikes, 10 hammer fist, 10 Shuto palm down, 5 fist punches.


    Jogging currently having to run up a steep graded heel not struggling so much like last year because February and March did stair climbs 15-16 sets in 1 shot.
