Spring Training Review 2017
Spring 2017 Review
I am evaluating my spring training for 2017. February and March of 2017 was light dumb bell training 20 lbs 4 sets of different exercises and range of motion with stair climbs making it 16 times up and down about 10 flight of stairs.
April 2017 I began to do round work made two rounds along with jogging and pushups hit 45 looks like I am ahead of schedule do to light winter training.
I need to start taking in more water intake for May 2017 and increase round work with better quality round work namely working on masking moves working on my angles and being a little more concentrative I would like to work on my left hook and double jab to set up the right.
I am happy with my Spring Training progress overall and looks like I can be at my peak performance sometime in June or July. I may begin jump rumping lat in May to make the feet work a little faster.
I began working on my Tiger Style Gung fu and trying to polish out the moves a little looks a little rusty but will hang with it.
